Benidorm Temperature Can Climb In Summer

Everybody loves the Benidorm weather. Who doesn’t? Nothing is more rewarding than staying in a region like Costa Blanca that is marked with good weather all year round. Everyday is like a holiday, owing to the fact that the days roll by favorably — no strong rains that may upset your tour plans.

Good Weather All Year Round

The mountains seating prettily around the region are the ones securing the place from cold weather. Even in winter months, cold winds are hardly felt and the sun is always out during the day. Being blessed with a Mediterranean climate, all seasons are warm and travel-friendly.

When summer days come around, people see these as the perfect time to visit the beach. These are also the busiest days of the year, as tourists swarm on the beautiful sea waters to enjoy their vacation.

The Different Seasons in Benidorm

1) Spring. From May to October, this part of the region has sunny days that you could enjoy. Rain showers are rare and the winds are mild. During this season, the highest Benidorm temperature could get is until 21 degrees Celsius while the lowest is 9 degree Celsius.

2) Summer. The area is known for having the longest summer season. It is usually identified with hot days, with temperatures ranging from 15 up to 27 degrees Celsius. The hottest among its inclusive months is during August when temperatures rise to 40 degrees Celsius. However, this is only during one of those extremely hot days but as soon as the night approaches the temperature sinks down to a range between 18 and 31 degrees Celsius.

It is also this season of the year when eager kids jump up and down and adults stir with excitement because the beach is best visited during this time. You can expect a huge crowd running to and from the beach. If you want to visit the area at around these days, avoid the heavy human traffic by booking a flight and hotel accommodation ahead of time.

3) Autumn. Despite being a supposed rainy season, still, rain showers are hardly visible. While summer time is busiest, autumn days lay low with the hustle and bustle. But tourists avoid these days because of high tendencies of electrical storms and flooding occurrences. There is nothing much to worry though since the temperature stays mild during this season. There is approximately 16 to 25 degrees Celsius temperature during the day while 11 to 19 degrees Celsius at night. Night times are sometimes visited with rain storms.

4) Winter. Unlike some areas in Europe, winters in Costa Blanca are said to be relatively mild. It is for this reason that Europeans are enticed to come by at the area at this time of the year. Benidorm, specifically, is looked upon as a famous winter destination. Retirees who hail from Northern Europe love this season and find time to stay in this area to keep away from colder winds in their home country.
